Color study: Oiled skin

I really like wet / oiled body skin, of course, about porn. It makes the picture more exciting and have a greate sense of volume and 3D, but it is a very difficult to make this effect, if you don't put the white in the right places. Looking at many photos, I realized that unfortunately there isn't precise rule. There is not a picture with an oiled body identical to another, you have to go quite insightful and have a good eye because if you guess the exact place is amazing, in the opposite case, the woman will simply have white spots on the body. The goal is to learn how to find these points without photo references.
Meanwhile, I was able to create my own brush for the oil effect on the breast, and I must say that it very good (if used well).

Mi piace molto il corpo bagnato/oliato, quando si tratta di porno ovviamente. Rende la figura più eccitante e da un maggiore senso di volume e tridimensionalità, ma è un effetto molto difficile da rendere, se non metti il bianco nei punti giusti. Osservando molte foto, ho capito che purtroppo non c'è una regola precisa. Non esiste una foto con un corpo oliato identica a un'altra, devi piuttosto andare di intuito ed avere un buon occhio perchè se indovini il punto esatto viene una bomba, nel caso contrario, la donna avrà semplicemente delle macchie bianche sul corpo. L'obiettivo è imparare a trovare questi punti senza aiuto delle foto.
Intanto sono riuscita a creare un mio pennello per l'effetto olio sul seno, e devo dire che rende benissimo (se usato bene).

I love this brush, too bad that it has not created by me!. 

It's a technique that really fascinates me,  perhaps too elaborate and long for coloring a commission, which is an illustration or comic. Will I continue with my usual technique with soft brush, I'm trying to improve as much as possible but I see that has much less impact than this. 

Lately I feel confusion with the color.

Mi piace molto questo pennello, peccato che non lo abbia creato io!.

E' una tecnica che mi affascina davvero molto, anche se forse troppo elaborata e lunga per colorare una commissione, che sia illustrazione o fumetto. Dovrò continuare con la mia solita tecnica con il pennello morbido, che sto cercando di migliorare il più possibile ma vedo che ha molto meno impatto di questa.

Ultimamente provo confusione anche con il colore.

This time it's  an his OC, inspired by the character Maya, from Borderlands 2. She has a look that I love! 
In this new commission, the hardest part was definitely the background! enough detailed, with that infernal chest behind her, and even worse the shotgun she is wielding. I have many problems with the technology and weapons, I don't know for what  reason, perhaps, just I've never drawn so muc technology, but it is a way to start to do it! 

For her pose I didn't use photo references, only the arm holding the gun. 
Maybe I should with more photo ref, surely the result would be more natural and realistic, but I want to strain my brain to find a solution without reference photo. Of course, when possible,"easy" poses and not too convoluted. 

I enjoy working with this person, rarely ask me changes, gives me a lot of satisfaction and always pay more than what i ask!

Questa volta si tratta di un suo OC, ispirato al personaggio Maya, di Borderlands 2. Ha un look che mi piace moltissimo!
In questa nuova commissione, la parte più difficile è stata sicuramente il fondale! abbstanza dettagliato, con quella cassa dietro di lei infernale, e ancora peggio il fucile che impugna. Ho molta difficoltà con la tecnologia e le armi, non so per quale oscura ragione, forse, semplicemente, non ne ho mai disegnata così tanta, ma è un modo per iniziare!!

Per la posa non ho utilizzato riferimenti fotografici, soltanto per il braccio che tiene il fucile.
Forse dovrei utilizzarne di più, sicuramente il risultato sarebbe più naturale e realistico, ma voglio sforzare il cervello a trovare una soluzione senza riferimento fotografico. Ovviamente quando è possibile, con pose "facili" e non troppo contorte o in prospettiva.

Mi piace lavorare con questa persona, raramente chiede modifiche, da molta soddisfazione e paga sempre più di quanto gli chiedi!

"New" Brush

I have watched many videos on youtube, this brush (already present on photoshop) is used often to color. 

I really like his effect, but i admit that it is very difficult to use it for me. I usually use the normal gradient brush.

Ho osservato molti video su youtube, viene utilizzato spesso questo pennello già presente su photoshop.

Mi piace molto il suo effetto, ma ammetto che è molto difficile da utilizzare per me. Ho sempre usato il

classico pennello sfumato.
